1.Enquiry Counter
--Located in the central area on the Arrival level, it provides answers to enquiries, arriving and departing flight information and other services.
2. Baggage Trolleys
--More than 400 baggage trolleys are available for passengers free of charge on the Departure and Arrival levels. Trolleys on the Departure level can be found near No. 2 to No.5 automatic doors outside the terminal. Trolleys on the Arrival level can be found near the escalators. Trolleys can only be used inside the terminal and car parks.
3. Baggage Claim
--There are seven baggage carrousels (four for domestic flights, three for international and regional flights). Passengers can identify their flight's designated carrousel by viewing the display screen upon arrival. The first baggage should arrive at the carrousel within 15 minutes after being unloaded from the aircraft.
4. Car Parks
--There are two ground-level car parks and an underground car park at the airport. Divided into four areas, the underground car park can accommodate more than 600 vehicles of lower than 2.4m. The East ground-level car park provides 500 spaces only for vehicles of more than 2.4-meters in height and local taxis. The West ground-level car park, with 100 spaces, is for out-of-town taxis from Quanzhou and airport staff. Service Call:5706133.
* Charging Standard
--Under the approval from Goods Charge Administration Bureau of Xiamen Municipal Government, the charging standard for the underground car parking is as follows: 8RMB per time for less than 1 hour and 2RMB per 30 minutes surcharge after 1 hour, less than 30 minutes would be counted as 30 minutes; 100RMB for 24 hour parking and 50RMB per 24 hours surcharge after 24 hours.
5. Public Telephones
--Public telephone service may be found on the Departure level and Arrival level and in the restricted area. IC cards, IP cards and value-filling cards for mobile phones are all available.
6. Business Center
--Located in the central area of the Departure Hall, the Business Center provides services such as the use of public phones, copying, typing and faxing.Charges for the various services are as follows:
Copying:A3 size--2RMB/page; A4 size--1RMB/page;
Faxing:
Receiving--6RMB/time;
Sending--8RMB/time(Domestic); 9RMB/time(International); A communication fee surcharge (per minute) will be added as follows: 2RMB to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan; 8RMB to other areas. Any fraction of a minute shall be counted as one minute.
7. Hotel Service and Travel Enquiry
--A number of reception desks of hotels and travel agencies are located at the west end of the Arrival Hall, for service and information enquiries about accommodations and other travel-related needs.
8. Lost and Found
--Please contact the airport enquiry counters or the police office in the terminal to inquire about and reclaim lost items. Contact 5706016 or 5708338
9. Medical Center
--The Airport Medical Center is located on the Departure Level. For emergency medical help, please call 5706012 or 5708322.
10. Meeting Point
--A Meeting Point has been designated in the central area of the Arrival Hall to help you find your friends or loved ones. Passengers can seek help by calling at 5706018.
11. Post Office
--Located in the central area of the Arrival Hall, the Airport Post Office offer services including delivery of letters, express mails, parcels, telegraphic remittance, etc.
12. Restaurants and Coffee Shops
--Several restaurants and coffee shops are located on the Departure Level, Arrival level, and Commerce Level and in the Restricted Area.
13. Bookstores and Pharmacy
--Bookstores are located in the central area of the Arrival Hall, the Departure Hall and Restricted Area and on the Commerce Level. The pharmacy can be found in the Restricted Area of International Departure Hall.
14. Smoking Areas
--Both Domestic and International Lounges have a Smoking Room. Smoking is forbidden in other areas of the terminal.
15. Toilets
--There are numerous toilets, containing a total of 110 stalls, for passengers (including disabled) througout the terminal.
16. Bank
--The airport Office of the Bank of China is located on the Departure Level, at which currency exchange service is available. Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Construction Bank of China, and Guangda Bank also provide ATM service in the terminal.
17. GoTone Club
--Located at the lounge of Departure Gate 7, the club provides its VIP members with radio broad band internet access, handset recharging, tea and water service, and the handling of mobile communication subscription and other enquiries.
